What kind of products do you sell?

  • We currently offer a curated collection of sarees, carefully selected for quality, comfort, and design. Each product is chosen after reviewing fabric, finish, and overall appeal.
  • Are these your own designs? At present, we curate and select sarees from trusted sources. In the future, we plan to introduce exclusive in-house designs.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

  • We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. Minor color variations may occur due to lighting conditions and screen settings.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier serviceability and may take 5–10 business days within India.

Do you deliver to all pin codes in India?

  • We ship to most serviceable pin codes. However, delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not be available depending on courier partner coverage.

How can I track my order?

  • After we ship your order, tracking details will be available in your account under Orders. Simply click on your order to see its status.

🔄 Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

How can I cancel my order?

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through any of the following channels: Website support chat, Email, WhatsApp, Phone (Contact details are available on our Contact page.)
  • If a cancellation request is received before the order is dispatched, we will attempt to cancel the order. If the cancellation is successful, a refund will be initiated accordingly.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation depends on whether the courier partner is able to stop the shipment. If cancellation is not possible at that stage, the customer will be required to accept the delivery and then raise a return request through the return portal, subject to our Return Policy.
  • A ₹99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns. Refer Refund policy

What is your return policy?

  • We provide easy 5-day returns. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
  • You can request a return through your account on our website within 5 days of delivery, in accordance with our return policy.
  • If you face any issues while submitting a return request or need assistance, you may reach out to us via the chat feature available on our website or through the contact details provided on our Contact page (email, WhatsApp, or phone).

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us at the earliest. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Sharing an unboxing video is recommended. If unavailable, clear images showing the issue may be accepted after verification.

When will I receive my refund?

  • The refund will be initiated after the return pickup is completed. Refunds are initiated immediately upon receipt of the returned product. The credited amount may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept online payments only, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other payment methods supported at checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  • No, Cash on Delivery is not available at this time. To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, we accept prepaid orders through trusted online payment methods.
