Shipping policy
At RIANITA, we aim to deliver our products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take additional time. Customers will be informed accordingly.
2. Shipping Coverage (India)
- We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India.
- Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of the customer’s pin code as per our logistics partners.
- Certain remote, restricted, or high-risk locations may not be serviceable at all times.
- 👉 If a pin code is not serviceable, the order may be: Cancelled before dispatch, or Refunded fully if payment has already been received.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time within India is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on:

- Weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions
- These timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
- RIANITA reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.
5. Delays & Non-Delivery
RIANITA shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address
- Courier partner operational issues
- Natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or government-imposed restrictions
6. International Shipping
- International shipping is not be available at this time.
7. Change of Shipping Address
- If you need to request a change to the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details available on the Contact page.
- Address change requests are subject to order status and may be accommodated only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
8. Order Tracking
- After we ship your order, tracking details will be available in your account under Orders. Simply click on your order to see its status.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
9. Undelivered / Returned Shipments
- If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address:
- Re-shipping charges may apply, or
- The order may be cancelled after deducting applicable shipping costs.
