At RIANITA, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
How to Request a Return
- Customers can request a return through their account on our website within 5 days of delivery, in accordance with our return policy.
- If you face any issues while submitting a return request or need assistance, you may reach out to us via the chat feature available on our website or through the contact details provided on our Contact page (email, WhatsApp, or phone).
Proof of Issue (Mandatory)
- Customers are strongly advised to record a clear and continuous unboxing video (without cuts) while opening the package.
- In cases where an unboxing video is not available, customers may submit clear images of the product received.
- Acceptance of image-based requests shall be at the sole discretion of RIANITA, after verification.
Return shipping charges
- A ₹99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.
- This amount covers return pickup and logistics costs and is non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
- Return requests raised after 5 days from delivery
- Products without original tags and packaging
3. Return Approval & Pickup
- All return requests are subject to verification and approval by RIANITA.
- Once approved, the return process will be initiated, and our delivery partner will collect the item from your address.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and unused.
4. Refund Policy
- Once a return request is approved, the refund will be initiated after the return pickup is completed. The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated immediately upon receipt of the returned product. The credited amount may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing timelines.
5. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through any of the following channels: Website support chat, Email, WhatsApp, Phone (Contact details are available on our Contact page.)
Cancellation before dispatch
- If a cancellation request is received before the order is dispatched, we will attempt to cancel the order. If the cancellation is successful, a refund will be initiated accordingly.
If the order has already been dispatched
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation depends on whether the courier partner is able to stop the shipment.
- If cancellation is not possible at that stage, the customer will be required to accept the delivery and then raise a return request through the return portal, subject to our Return Policy.
Order Cancellation by RIANITA
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be processed if payment has already been made.
6. Important Notes
- Repeated or misuse of order cancellation requests is not permitted and may lead to rejection. Customers are requested to place orders carefully, as frequent cancellations disrupt order processing and logistics.
- RIANITA reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
- Decisions taken by RIANITA regarding returns and refunds shall be final.
